Pre-pressing

Image database
On request, we can create and manage media-neutral image databases for our customers. Image data can be updated daily or be replaced, all photos are colour corrected and can be cropped or retouched if required, and on request, montages can be produced.
In the pre-press department, layout data are linked with image data from the data base, PDF/x-compliant print PDFs created and controlled and sent nationwide within Austria for print approval clearance.

Walstead Leykam Druck Group's focus lies in the sector of high circulation printing, however a sheet-fed machine is available at Walstead Moraviapress in the Czech Republic for special requests beyond web offset printing (envelopes, UV-varnishing, special products, etc.).

Printed materials in various editions and volumes are produced here with our high-performance machines in the shortest time. With our 18 web offset machines in the heatset area we offer a printing capacity of over 50 million A4 pages per hour.

For us, an order is perfect if the finishing process runs like clockwork and the addressing and shipping service is very punctual. Finishing takes place both in the Neudörfl factory and in the Břeclav factory.

The site Neudörfl has an independent in-house post office with a dedicated postal code, which allows for close cooperation with the postal service and ensures timely delivery.
